About Dawn

 Dawn Carter is a lifelong resident of Kingsport, Tennessee, and a dedicated local realtor with 38 years of experience in the industry. She takes great pride in serving the community she’s always called home. In addition to her real estate career, Dawn discovered a passion for watercolor painting later in life and enjoys capturing the beauty of the Tri-Cities through her artwork. She is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Danny Carter, and together they’ve built a life full of love and family. Dawn has two daughters—one in Church Hill, TN, and the other in Charleston, SC—and treasures every moment spent with her two granddaughters, Kylie and Juliet, who are a true joy to their Meme and Papaw.
